NEW sessions added for Autumn 2019!

We are delighted to bring you 15 new sessions, with a focus on balance and flexibility as well as learning to row.

These low intensity, open-to-all sessions will be run by British Rowing coach Tim Down. In them we will seek to inform you of a better understanding of a range of simple techniques to improve your balance and flexibility as well as providing you with the opportunity to learn to row both indoors on our rowing machines and out on the water. We hope to provide you with a warm & inclusive welcome that will enable you to gain the most benefit from these sessions. No previous rowing experience is necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and practice rowing in a friendly and supportive environment.
