Wellbeing through Nature

Avon Wildlife Trusts gardening sessions are a great way for you to keep fit and meet new people. Get some fresh air and learn about local wildlife in a safe outdoor environment.

Through activities including wildflower seed sowing, potting on, watering and planting out, you will learn about our native wildlife and gain new skills whilst improving your health and wellbeing. Sessions can be adapted to your abilities and needs, you always go at your own pace, and of course we provide refreshments for a well-earned tea break and chat.
