Kayaking is great for gentle exercise, working on building upper-body mobility and strength, whilst you gain a pleasant new perspective on a familiar place, Kayaking is fun and swift, and you will be led by one of All-Aboard’s experienced, friendly instructors who will always ensure you are safe and comfortable whilst they take you to see Bristol from the water. As with all All-Aboard’s activities, the great news is that no experience is necessary – just enthusiasm!
