‘FICSIT’ is a safe, fun and useful exercise class if you want to stay active.
The Exercise Club’s FICSIT classes have been developed by a qualified, experienced personal trainer and have become very popular in the year they have been running. The classes are led by the individual participants, so what is actually done depends on your specific needs. The class framework includes some Tai Chi based balance exercises, older-adult specific lifting and carrying movements, fall prevention techniques, as well as memory exercises.
